Senior Solutions Architect

:We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join a growing architecture function during a significant technology transformation programme. This role offers the opportunity to help shape architecture capability, supporting modernisation, cloud adoption, AI initiatives, and business-critical transformation projects

.Operating across a broad remit, you will work closely with senior business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners and delivery functions to design scalable, secure and commercially effective solutions

.Key Responsibiliti

• esDesign end-to-end technology solutions aligned to business goals and architecture principle
• s.Produce high-level solution designs and review low-level technical design
• s.Translate business requirements into practical technology solution
• s.Act as the bridge between senior stakeholders and technical delivery team
• s.Contribute to architecture governance, standards, design patterns and best practice
• s.Define integration approaches across enterprise applications, SaaS platforms and cloud service
• s.Support large-scale transformation and modernisation programme
• s.Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations for build vs buy decision
• s.Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, resilience and performance requirement
• s.Mentor technical leads and support the development of architecture capability across the organisatio

n.Skills & Experien

• ceExperience working in greenfield or low-maturity architecture environments and helping establish architecture practice
• s.Strong experience in Solution Architecture within complex enterprise environment
• s.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cloud services and SaaS platform
• s.Experience delivering application, integration and cloud architecture solution
• s.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both C-suite executives and technical team
• s.Experience producing HLDs and reviewing technical design
• s.Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns and enterprise application architectur
• e.Experience supporting cloud transformation, application modernisation and migration initiative
• s.Exposure to AI technologies, Microsoft AI services or enterprise AI programme
• s.Broad architectural mindset with the ability to contribute across solution, enterprise, data and business architecture domain
• s.Experience working within TOGAF-aligned or similar architecture framework
• s.Excellent communication and influencing skill
