Estimating Manager – Refurbishment Projects (Travel)

Waites Recruitment Consultancy Ltd is partnering with a commercial refurbishment contractor to recruit an Estimating Manager. Based near Bristol/Warmley with travel to Stoke-on-Trent and other sites, you will own day-to-day estimating, supporting pre-construction and business development as the portfolio grows.

You will prepare competitive cost estimates, carry out take-offs with Bluebeam, review drawings, and collaborate with the Sales Director and BDM team to win new work across sectors.
