US Customer Operations Lead

Lendable is seeking a Team Lead in Customer Operations to manage a frontline group of around 10 agents serving US Cards & Loans customers. You will drive KPI achievement, coach staff, and champion automation and process improvements across cross-functional teams.

You will balance coaching with hands-on process reviews, ensure compliance, and advocate for frontline insights to inform product and workflow changes.
