Barrus is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to lead the UK sales function. The role will shape strategy across the DIY, hardware, garden, giftware and leisure sectors, reporting to the Head of Outdoor and leading a six-person team.

You will build strong relationships with major UK retailers, lead pricing and promotional negotiations, identify new commercial opportunities and drive sustainable growth.
