  • Drive continuous improvement, service development, and a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Confident leadership style with the ability to motivate, support, and challenge staff.
  • Calm, professional decision-making and the ability to manage complex situations.
  • Passion for child-centred, trauma-informed practice and improving outcomes for young people.
  • Level 3 Residential Childcare essential; Level 5 preferred or willingness to work towards it.

What We Offer

  • £50,000-£70,000 depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses
  • Ofsted rating bonuses
  • Supportive senior leadership and strong professional development pathways
  • Opportunity to shape and grow a high-quality residential service

If you’re a committed leader who wants to make a meaningful impact and be part of a progressive, supportive organisation, we’d love to hear from you
