Contracts Manager – Drylining

Looking for a role where you’re trusted to just get on with it? I’m working with a well-established drylining contractor turning over around £5m who have built a solid reputation across the North West, delivering both commercial and residential projects. They’re now looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who enjoys variety. This isn’t a role where you’ll only be looking after one flagship project for two years – you’ll oversee a mixture of larger contracts alongside smaller, fast-paced jobs, giving you genuine variety and autonomy. The business has a strong pipeline of repeat work, a down-to-earth leadership team and a culture where people are left to manage their projects rather than being micromanaged.

The role

• Managing multiple drylining and ceiling projects across Greater Manchester and the surrounding region.
• Working across commercial and residential schemes.
• Overseeing Site Managers, programmes, client relationships and commercial performance.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

What they’re looking for

• Previous experience managing drylining and/or SFS projects.
• Comfortable running several projects simultaneously.
• Strong client-facing and organisational skills.
• Someone who enjoys a hands-on, varied role.
