Medicines Optimisation Lead – Mental Health

The Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust is seeking an enthusiastic pharmacist to lead the clinical pharmacy service across the Dartford and Medway locality. The role focuses on medicines optimisation in mental health settings, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and person-centred care.

You will provide expert clinical input, participate in ward rounds, educate patients, undertake audits and offer specialist medicines advice.
