Strategic Legal Analyst & Contract Negotiator

The D. E. Shaw Group seeks a proactive legal analyst and contract negotiator to join its Legal & Compliance team in London.

You will review, negotiate, and maintain various contracts, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters, supporting a fast-paced investment transaction flow. You will work with Legal & Compliance and front office teams in London and coordinate with colleagues in the U.S.
