Scale Onboarding Program Manager

Figma in London is seeking a scale customer onboarding lead to design and deliver onboarding programs for a high volume of commercial customers. You will partner with sales, marketing and enablement to evangelize the program and drive onboarding closeout.

You will use metrics and customer feedback to identify new initiatives, develop training content, and act as trusted advisor across a large customer book, enabling product adoption.
