You’ll be joining a specialist manufacturing business where quality, delivery and process control are central to everything they do, and where you’ll have the platform to make a real impact through improvement projects, cost control and strong leadership on site, ensuring work is delivered in line with the production plan and quality policy, while developing and motivating a high-performing team.
This role suits a Production Manager motivated by responsibility, ownership and leading people‑someone who wants autonomy to improve performance, drive standards and influence how a site operates day‑to‑day.
Role
- Site-based Production Manager
- Manage safety, quality and delivery; production scheduling; continuous improvement (5S / SMED / TPM / Kaizen)
- Monday – Thursday, 07:00 – 17:00 (permanent, on-site)
Person
- HND or Degree in Manufacturing / Engineering (essential)
- Production leadership experience within manufacturing, with Lean / Six Sigma and Kaizen events experience
- Confident leading teams and interpreting drawings/data to resolve production issues and improve processes
