We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an interim children’s home registered manager to work in the Solihull area. The client requires a manager who has experience of setting up a home and making it compliant including Ofsted. This is a 3 bed unit for 16+ provision. The role is working Monday to Friday onsite with expectation for weekend rota on call (1 in 3). Weekend working is required.

You will need:

• Experience of setting up a home
• Excellent knowledge of regulations
• Some experience with DOLS
• Enhanced DBS on the Government Update Service
• Ofsted knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Organised
• Committed

Contract Type: Temporary

Workplace Options: No Remote Option
