Digital Electronic Hardware Engineer

Sapien Engineering are looking for multiple Digital Electronic Hardware Engineers to join a defence consultancy on a permanent basis.

The roles are paying up to £85,000 D.O.E.

Due to the nature of the work, on site working is required, 3 days a week from any of the following sites: Edinburgh, Newcastle, Bristol, Basildon, or Southampton.

Job requirements:

• High speed digital electronic design
• Schematic capture + layout
• High speed serial comms
• Digital design techniques – decoupling, controlled impedance etc.
• Hands on electronic experience – integration
• Full lifecycle design
• DxDesigner
• Previous aerospace/defence experience highly preferred

Please note that all applicants must be eligible for full, unrestricted SC clearance.
