Heavy Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – 4 On/4 Off, Outside IR35

Ganymede Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing site near Swadlincote. The role is a rolling 3-month contract on a 4 on 4 off, 12-hour day/night shift pattern. You will ensure downtime is minimised by maintaining heavy mechanical equipment and performing reactive and preventative maintenance.

Experience with conveyors, cranes, kilns and CMMS-driven planned work is essential. NVQ Level 3 or an apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous.
