Lead Clinical Pharmacist – Advanced Practice & Innovation

Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist (Band 8a) to lead clinical services across the hospital pharmacy team at St Mary’s Hospital, Newport. The role offers permanent, full-time hours (37.5) with Agenda for Change pay (£57,528–£64,750 per annum).

You will drive medicines safety, develop policies, and oversee EPMA-enabled practice, stock control, and robotics integration. Applicants must hold MPharm, GPhC registration, and extensive hospital pharmacy experience.
