Senior Influencer Manager – McCann Content Studios, London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office)
McCann Content Studios (MCS) is a global hub for social and influencer capabilities, working with brands such as Aldi, Nike, and X Box. MCS offers end‑to‑end social strategy, creativity, community management, influencer marketing, paid social, and analytics.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with the team to execute best‑in‑class influencer marketing campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously.
- Utilise creativity and current trend knowledge to deliver innovative creator activations.
- Adhere to best practices around campaign delivery, using influencer marketing tools and championing new tools and processes.
- Perform competitive analysis, industry research, and assessment of best practices.
- Draft, negotiate and execute robust influencer agreements, keeping templates current with industry developments.
- Leverage an existing network of contacts to build and fast‑track campaign opportunities.
- Stay abreast of current projects, collaborating with the team to brainstorm and create new opportunities.
- Demonstrate best‑in‑class activation and project management skills.
- Take ownership and accountability for work and projects.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Display high levels of commerciality and apply a keen understanding of the broader marketing environment.

- Proficient in data collation and influencer analytics.
- Experienced in implementing and optimising paid social campaigns on Instagram, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
- Skilled in conducting competitor analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Advanced proficiency with digital analytics and social tools, Excel, PowerPoint, and Creator IQ.
- Able to synthesize insights from data to inform future strategies and best practice approaches.
- Curious, constantly learning the evolving industry, reading, watching, and listening to stay abreast of cultural trends.
- Highly adaptive to changing client and team or business needs.
