Quarry Operations Lead: Growth, CAPEX & Safety

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Quarry Manager to own all quarry operations, with safety as the top priority, on a site in the United Kingdom. You’ll drive performance, productivity and cost control, working with Mineral Surveyors, Geologists and CAPEX teams to maximise reserves and plan extraction.

You will lead and develop teams and contractors, ensure compliance with Quarries Regulations and SHEQ, and deliver continuous improvement across the operation.
