Registered Nursing Home Manager

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strong operator with a proven track record of managing high-quality nursing and residential care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational and clinical performance of both services.
• Maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Lead, motivate and develop established care teams.
• Oversee clinical governance, audits, safeguarding and quality assurance.
• Manage staffing, budgets, occupancy and overall commercial performance.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals.

Essential Requirements

• RGN qualification with an active NMC PIN.
• Significant experience managing elderly nursing or residential care services.
• Proven track record of managing Good CQC-rated homes.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Good career longevity and stability within previous roles.
• Strong leadership, operational and commercial skills.
