This role owns the end-to-end delivery of the transformation phases and roadmap while actively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery partners. The specialist requires experience delivering large-scale data transformation in complex organisations and the capability to lead the decommissioning of legacy spreadsheets and manual trackers. They will drive user adoption from manual reporting to digital tools, support UAT and stakeholder engagement, and lead the final knowledge transfer, including documentation of reporting structures and formal handover into internal teams.
