Lead Substation Construction Manager

Laing O’Rourke is delivering the Grimsby to Walpole GWNC Enabling Works as part of the Great Grid Upgrade. The Section Manager will lead safe, efficient construction activities for substations, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and cross-functional teams to achieve programme milestones and strict quality standards.

The role requires a civil engineering or related degree and proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams on major infra projects, with a strong emphasis on health & safety
