Food Safety & Compliance Leader

PepsiCo UK is seeking a Food Safety Manager for the Skelmersdale site to lead food safety, hygiene and sanitation programmes. You will act as the expert for safety, manage incidents, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will develop policies, lead audits (BRCGS/AIB), manage external providers, coach teams, and promote a strong food safety culture across Operations and Quality teams.
