Our client is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Financial Controlle r to lead a talented finance team and play a key role in driving business performance, financial control, and sustainable growth. What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and developing a finance team of four
• Owning month-end, year-end, management reporting, and audit processes
• Delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Strengthening financial controls, governance, and compliance across UK and US operations
• Driving process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements
• Managing cash flow, AP, AR, consolidations, tax, and statutory reporting activities

What we’re looking for:

• 4–5 years’ post-qualified experience
• Strong technical accounting and financial control expertiseExperience leading and developing financeteams
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with excellent commercial awareness
• Experience in retail, luxury, founder‑led, or PE‑backed businesses would be highly advantageous

Location: London (hybrid 3 days in the office)
