Digital Application Developer

Salary: £60,000 – 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience in some of the following areas: React, TypeScript and modern JavaScript development
• Mobile application development using iOS and/or Android technologies
• API development and systems integration
• Software design principles and application architecture
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and automated testing
• Cloud platforms and modern development environments
• Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
• Desirable: React Native or other cross-platform mobile frameworks
• Desirable: Azure or other cloud technologies
• Desirable: Experience working within regulated environments
• Desirable: Exposure to AI, automation or digital innovation initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain modern web and mobile applications
• Build scalable, secure and high-performing digital solutions
• Design and consume APIs and integration services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements
• Contribute to application architecture, testing and deployment processes
• Support best practices across code quality, security and performance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives
• Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, automation and AI
