Family Care Group in Leominster, Herefordshire, seeks a Registered Manager to lead a 2-bedroom children’s residential home for learning disabilities and complex needs. You will provide inspirational leadership, deliver child-centered care, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to create a warm, safe, therapeutic environment, promote safeguarding, and achieve outstanding outcomes under the Children’s Homes Regulations and Ofsted.
