Remote Backend Launch Specialist (Can Making)

Ball Corporation seeks a Process Start-Up Specialist to lead New Build, New Line and Line Conversion start-up in spray and necker areas. You will own a process area, drive efficiency and reduce spoilage, and coach operators and mechanics toward autonomous operation.

You will work with Engineering, Production and Quality to ensure line performance meets targets, while promoting food safety, sanitation and housekeeping discipline across the site.
