Electrical MEP Pre-Construction Lead – Hybrid (Reading)

MEP Pre-Construction Manager – Electrical is sought to lead electrical development for MEP packages from opportunity through handover. The role focuses on reducing technical risk, improving scope clarity and supporting a controlled handover to delivery teams.

Reporting to the Technical Services Director, the successful candidate will coordinate with commercial managers, estimators, consultants and contractors on a hybrid basis from Reading, with UK travel as needed.
