Commercial Property Solicitor – Milton Keynes

Overview

In this role you will counsel a growing client base on commercial property matters, joining a friendly, progressive firm. You’ll manage your own caseload while supporting larger transactions and collaborate with colleagues to support business-owning clients and investors. The role focuses on a mix of acquisitions, disposals, and landlord–tenant work, with exposure to development and infrastructure-related documentation. This is an opportunity to contribute to a busy property team and deliver high-quality client care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload and contribute to a growing client base
• Assist on larger transactions
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and Tenant matters including negotiating leases, ancillary docs, 1954 Act applications, and related implications
• Work on infrastructure agreements
• Prepare property-related construction documentation

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in commercial property
• Experience across sectors: property development, drinks hospitality and leisure, property investors, retail, owner-managed businesses, agriculture
• Strong client care skills
