Responsibilities

• Provide non-contentious commercial advice with a focus on information governance and data protection
• Advise tech clients and individuals; review/draft privacy policies and data processing notices
• Counsel on direct marketing and data protection compliance across a range of client sizes
• Support clients from startups to listed companies with commercial matters and governance issues

Key requirements

• 1-8 PQE
• experience in commercial matters at a reputable firm
• commercial outlook with ability to act as a business advisor
