Responsibilities

• Handle complex construction dispute matters for a range of clients (contractors, employers, developers, funders, sponsors)
• Advise on and manage cladding claims, fire safety disputes, insolvency, final account, delay claims
• Represent clients in UK adjudications, arbitrations, TCC litigation, and mediation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality advocacy and strategic solutions
• Contribute to case strategy, documentation, and client relationship management

Key requirements

• 2–4 PQE
• England & Wales or commonwealth qualified
• At least 2 years UK contentious construction experience in a reputable firm
