Solicitor / CILEx Lawyer – Motor Injury

Overview

In this role you join the National Motor Injury team to progress motor injury claims from start to conclusion, meeting SLAs and client needs. You will work within a firm with a market-leading reputation for analytics-driven strategies that support insurers. You’ll develop technical knowledge through training and publications while handling confidential information per data security protocols. You will contribute to the team’s culture and strategies, offering a pragmatic, client-focused approach and resilience in negotiations. Responsibilities

• Proactively manage files to conclusion within SLA deadlines
• Ensure legal work meets client needs and commercial requirements
• Maintain awareness of firm strategies and plans
• Develop technical knowledge through training and publications
• Handle confidential information in line with data security protocols

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with ability to conduct litigation
• Experience handling a caseload including personal injury, credit hire or similar
• High compliance with client SLAs, protocols and KPIs
• IT literate with Excel and Word knowledge
• Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
• Analytical ability to assess factual evidence
• Commercial sense and understanding of when to pursue legal points
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing communication
• Resilience and ability to manage own caseload with competing demands
• Positive, approachable role model with learning aptitude
