Commercial/Technology Lawyer 6+

Overview

In this role you will handle high-value commercial and ICT projects for a mix of public and private sector clients. You will work on outsourcing arrangements and general commercial contracts, with a focus on IT and business process outsourcing initiatives. The opportunity spans Central Government bodies, NHS, local authorities, Housing Associations and private companies, contributing to large-scale tech contracts. You will apply commercial and technology law expertise to complex engagements. This role offers the chance to shape significant outsourcing programmes within a respected City firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise on high-profile commercial/ICT projects
• Draft and negotiate outsourcing agreements
• Prepare and negotiate general commercial contracts
• Support IT and BPO-focused engagements for public and private sector clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale contracts

Key requirements

• Commercial/Technology law experience (private practice or in-house)
• 4+ years of experience (as suggested by the ad)
• Experience with IT/outsourcing projects for government or public sector entities
