Family Solicitor – Worcestershire

Overview

In this role you will advise on divorce, children issues and financial remedies within a busy Worcestershire family law practice. You will represent clients in court, mediations and meetings while mentoring junior colleagues. You will also contribute to business development and networking to grow the firms family law practice. The position offers a mix of independent work and team collaboration within a supportive culture. You will help shape client outcomes and uphold high professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Advising on divorce, private children work and finances
• Attending Court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in family law
