Overview

In this role you will handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters within a respected Legal 500 firm, contributing to a growing disputes team in Essex. You will work on contract and shareholder disputes, professional negligence, insolvency and asset recovery, and partnership issues, alongside ADR, mediation and arbitration. The role offers hybrid working, clear progression including a partner track, and a strong training culture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality dispute resolution for clients, shaping outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract and shareholder disputes
• Handle professional negligence, insolvency, and asset recovery matters
• Oversee partnership and director issues
• Engage in ADR, mediation & arbitration processes
• Provide client management and advice within dispute cases

Key requirements

• Circa 3+ PQE in commercial litigation (flexible)
• Strong knowledge of dispute resolution, CPR, and client management
