Site Manager

Overview

As Site Manager for a leading residential developer in Essex, you’ll drive delivery on a medium-sized scheme of town houses and apartments from inception to completion. You will lead site teams, ensure safety and quality on site, and coordinate method statements and subcontractors. The role offers exposure to luxury residential projects and a strong project pipeline, with opportunities to influence site outcomes and build a track record across multiple schemes. Responsibilities

• Oversee all site staff and subcontractors
• Ensure health and safety standards meet client expectations
• Take responsibility for the whole site from start to finish
• Verify accuracy of method statements and on-site plans
• Manage project progress and quality across medium to large residential schemes

Key requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience as a Site Manager
• Degree in Construction Management or similar qualification
• Developer experience in traditional build
• Track record of delivering projects from inception to completion
• Experience on medium to large residential schemes
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS certificate
• First Aid Certificate
• Valid driving licence
