Responsibilities

• Work on banking & finance transactions, including debt and equity capital markets, loan products, and acquisition finance
• Support corporate lending, asset finance, and other financing structures
• Collaborate with senior lawyers on high-profile deals and client matters
• Contribute to deal execution, due diligence, and risk management in complex financings
• Maintain high standards of academic and professional training within a leading team

Key requirements

• 1+ PQE in Banking & Finance
• Banking & Finance experience
• Strong academic background
• Training in a good quality Banking & Finance team
