Overview

As an HR Business Partner supporting the 360 team (Sales and Creative), you partner with leaders to translate business priorities into practical people plans. You’ll coach managers, shape capability-building initiatives, and drive organisational effectiveness to boost performance and engagement. In a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you balance business needs with employee experience while delivering scalable learning solutions. This role offers visible impact through leadership coaching, change initiatives and data-informed people practices.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic partnering with Sales and Creative leaders to translate priorities into people plans
  • Coach managers to improve leadership consistency and team performance
  • Design and embed scalable learning and development initiatives (programmes, workshops, toolkits, blended learning)
  • Lead capability-building across the 360 team and align with business priorities
  • Support talent planning, growth, and internal mobility
  • Drive organisational effectiveness and change initiatives, including structure and ways of working
  • Turn engagement insights into actionable improvements in team experience
  • Utilise people data to identify trends, risks and measure impact on key initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR Ops and the HR Coordinator to streamline processes and enable joined-up People approach

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in a business partnering or similar People role
  • Experience designing scalable L&D or capability-building initiatives
  • Confident handling employee relations and capable of strong judgment
  • Strong coaching ability to develop managers
  • Resourceful, creative, hands-on problem solver
  • Comfort using people data and feedback to prioritise actions and measure impact
  • Experience in media, digital, or content-led environments is helpful but not essential
