We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join a growing marketing team within an ambitious and fast-paced business.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving campaign performance and seeing the direct impact of their work. You’ll have real ownership across paid search and paid social, with plenty of opportunity to develop as the business grows.

The Role

• Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
• Improve lead quality, conversion rates and cost per lead
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Support landing page, CRO and conversion tracking improvements
• Work closely with the wider marketing and digital teams to scale successful campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years’ experience in paid media, PPC or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience managing lead generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, keywords, bidding and campaign structure
• Analytical and commercially minded, with a focus on performance
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable taking ownership
