In this Senior Associate role, you will lead and support a varied commercial property caseload within a collaborative Cardiff team. You will advise diverse clients, draft and negotiate a wide range of property documents, and provide strategic guidance while mentoring junior colleagues. The role blends client-facing leadership with business development in a forward-thinking firm. Responsibilities
- Advise diverse clients across housing and third sector sectors
- Draft, review, and negotiate property documents
- Manage complex caseloads with strategic legal guidance
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Engage in business development and networking
- Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge and competence
- Lead by example in line with SRA standards
Key requirements
- 5+ years PQE in commercial property
- Experience in housing or third sector (advantageous)
- Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex caseloads
