In this IT Support role, you provide hands-on technical help on-site in London, helping users and maintaining systems. You are on a clear path toward a 3rd line position while contributing to smooth IT operations. You’ll work closely with the team to resolve incidents, implement imaging for devices, and support AD-based account management. Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support and issue resolution
• Build/imaging computers for deployment
• Manage and use Active Directory for user accounts and access
• Apply basic networking tasks (cabling, patching) to support infrastructure

Key requirements

• 1–2 years IT support experience
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience building/imaging computers
• Basic networking knowledge
• Willingness to work on site five days a week
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
