Governance & Company Secretarial Manager (FTC)

Aldermore Bank in the UK seeks a Company Secretarial Manager on a 12-month FTC to support the Board, Executive Committee and senior stakeholders. You will act as Secretary to key Committees, provide expert governance advice and lead governance projects in a regulated environment.

You will work closely with senior leaders, influence decision making and shape governance frameworks while ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met.
