In-House Banking Counsel – Real Estate & Finance

Triodos Bank UK is seeking a Legal Counsel, Business Banking to join our in-house team in the UK. You’ll advise on commercial lending transactions, review security documents, and coordinate with Relationship Managers, external panel solicitors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates are UK-qualified solicitors with 1–3 years’ PQE, strong real estate or banking and finance experience, and a pragmatic, detail‑oriented approach. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Bristol 1–2 days weekly.
