Hybrid Real Estate Solicitor (NQ) – National Firm

Chadwick Nott is seeking a newly qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join the Milton Keynes team on a hybrid basis, working with L500 partners on a predominantly real estate caseload for household UK names.

You will handle freehold and leasehold site acquisitions and disposals, development and pre‑let arrangements, plus day‑to‑day estate management, landlord and tenant work, licences, variations and easements. An awareness of TUPE, TOGC and regulatory considerations is welcome.
