Housing Data & Performance Insight Lead

Warwickshire Local Authority is seeking a motivated Business Intelligence and Performance Officer to turn data into meaningful insights that drive service improvements for residents across housing, assets, repairs and tenant services.

You will develop dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel, support regulatory reporting, ensure data quality, and provide analytical support to managers, senior leaders and elected members to inform decisions.
