Total Rewards Manager – Analytics

• Provide analytical support for Total Rewards, including variable pay planning, merit, pay offers, market analysis, governance materials and senior leadership presentations




• Partner with Rewards and HR/P&O Analytics teams to improve reporting




• Identify automation opportunities and support future Total Rewards capabilities




• Improve consistency, scalability and efficiency of reward processes




• Build dedicated reward analytics capability
