Lead Mechanical Site Manager – 300 New Builds (Leeds)

Meridian is recruiting a Mechanical Site Manager to oversee the mechanical team on 300 new build apartments in Leeds for a national M&E contractor operating across the UK. The role requires CSCS (Blue/Gold) and SMSTS, with a 40-hour week.

We are seeking a driven manager to lead site inductions, carry out H&S talks, RAMS, and liaise with other trades while reporting progress regularly. The position is on site in Leeds with a 12-month duration.
