Paralegal – Private Equity & Real Estate (London)

London Family Office seeks a Paralegal to support a broad range of legal and corporate tasks in its London office. You will work closely with the senior lawyer and investors, providing governance, regulatory, and documentation support.

Ideal candidates will have experience in legal practice or in-house, with exposure to corporate law, private equity or investment management, and the ability to work independently. International experience is advantageous.
