Senior Property Investment & Compliance Manager – Housing

Wiltshire Council Housing is seeking an experienced Property Investment & Compliance Manager to lead delivery of property services, compliance and investment across our housing portfolio. You will shape strategy, oversee contractor delivery and drive service improvements for residents.

You will lead ~30 staff, manage budgets and ensure landlord health, safety and regulatory compliance while engaging with residents and senior stakeholders to build sustainable investment plans.
