Senior Embedded Software Engineer – Hybrid Lead for Product

Verso Recruitment Group is partnering with a long-established electronics business in Southampton to recruit a Senior Embedded Software Engineer. You’ll lead embedded software development for a new product line, shaping firmware from design through to manufacture, in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires strong Embedded C/C++, RTOS knowledge, bare-metal programming, and hands-on debugging, with a hybrid work pattern (3 days onsite).
