Policing Legal Counsel: Misconduct & Vetting

Avon and Somerset Police is seeking a qualified lawyer to join the Police Misconduct Team within the Legal Services Directorate. The role covers misconduct and vetting guidance, with strong emphasis on supporting officers and staff across a wide range of legal issues.

Training will be provided, and the team values resilience, initiative and collaboration. The position offers flexible and blended working arrangements with attendance at court as required within the Avon and Somerset Police area.
