Community Engagement Partner: Shape Services & Impact

Rochdale Boroughwide Housing (RBH) is seeking a proactive Customer and Community Engagement Business Partner to join the Customer Experience team. The role focuses on creating engaging opportunities for customers to influence services, while working closely with communities across the Borough and across RBH.

You will travel across the Borough, organise engagement events, and develop digital content to ensure feedback drives continuous service improvements.
