Instant Impact is seeking a Polish-speaking Talent Acquisition Lead for a 9-month FTC in London. The role requires travel to London offices and delivery of a best-in-class recruitment experience for stakeholders and candidates.

The successful candidate will drive the partnership’s strategic hiring targets, meet SLAs, and lead improvement projects, operating in a hybrid model with 2–3 days onsite. Fluency in Polish and prior in-house/RPO experience are highly valued.
